Company Projects
- Alandalus Mall (Winner of the Cityscape Award for Best Retail Project in Saudi Arabia in 2009). Alandalus Mall is located in the City Center District of Jeddah. The mall occupies a total space of 120,000 m2. In 2011, 11 Million shoppers visited the mall.
- Hayat Mall (Winner of the Cityscape Award for Best Retail Project in Saudi Arabia in 2010). Hayat Mall occupies an area of 142,000 m2 on King AbdulAzi Road in the capital city Riyadh. In 2011, 10 million shoppers visited the mall.
- Dareen Mall occupies 60,000 m2 on Dammam’s famous water front , Corniche.
- Alandalus Square is located in Jeddah’s New City Center next to Alandalus Mall.
It is a multi-purpose project located on 197,000 m2 and contains 2 37-story Commercial Towers that include 2 hotels at the forefront of the project facing King Abdul Aziz Square. It also contains 2 30-story Residential Buildings with the addition of 1 Hotel Tower adjacent to Alandalus Mall.

Hamat Malls Management Company
Over the last 10 years the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has experienced a steady increase in development of sophisticated shopping malls. As result of that, Alandalus Property formed with two strategic partners Hamat Property Company for Malls Management. Hamat manage and operate nine malls in seven different city including with total GLA exceeding 700,000 m2, the malls are:
